Both engines shares same 1778 CC block, 120 has 17.5 timing advance and 140 has 20.0 timing advance. If carbs are directly rod linked to timing advance plate as in other models, much faster & easier to adjust. Check what's stopping the carb to be fully opened, that will be the timing & carb restriction.
