Tohatsu 2.5 HP with a water problem

There is no water coming out of the pee tube. I have replaced the impeller, put a wire up the inlet water tube in the lower unit and into the pee hose and fitting. I have blown air into both ends. Still no water....not even a drop. Need advice, PLEASE ....... Bill

You could have a blown head gasket, but's not likely. Do you have a 2-stroke or a 4-stroke?
