To balance or not to balance????

Bought a some new Load Star's for my single axle Shoreland'r. I purchased a new tire and rim already mounted and another tire which I am going to have mounted on an existing rim.
My question is, should you have them balanced? It looks like there is a weight on my current trailer rim.
Not sure if it makes a difference or not.

Your thoughts>?

Yes, always have new tire installations ballanced. For the $10 it costs, have the other one ballanced as well. 1oz of unballanced weight flying around a rim at 60mph will make some nasty things happen.

Balance, it's worth the extra couple of bucks. Why spent a bunch of money on a nice new tire and not get it balanced?
