tn28 new white junk coming out between motor and shaft. what is this

white junk i assume is oil and water comin out when running.. i guess this is not a good thing. is this critical?

Ha, I wonder how many people here know what that is?? But I know. It is emulsified fuel and oil. The fuel, I can explain. The crankcase drain is cleverly "hidden" in the swivel liner. A side benefit is it keeps the swivel lubed. Now, for part two. Why is it mixed with water. There really shouldn't be water in it. My take is that you should pull the powerhead for a looksee. Probably a bad gasket.

i guess thats in another instructional video. i figured was some sort of seal or gasket... could this cause it to run sloppy at high rpms after being warmed up? could this water be causing lean situation? or this gasket cause a compression leak? ran great for ten mins then wwas up and down.. idles great

turns out it is a broken lower bearing seal. Lower unit was leaking and a missing grommet on top of impeller housing , all together letting the oil/water ride up the shaft and come out at seal.. , . i think... heres a look see. . well nevermind the new update says my pics are too big so ......
