Tired of reading about perfect seal!!

Ok Im replacing my exhaust riser gaskets. I am just cleaning surfaces and replacing gaskets. Surfaces are in pretty good condition and risers and manifolds are good. I have a 2002 Mercruiser 6.2 MPI raw water cooled engine. I already have a can of perfect seal. Should I use this on the riser gaskets or not. I am getting told 2 different things. The gaskets I am told do not require perfect seal. I bought factory quicksilver gaskets. But should I use it anyway on not? Will it hurt anything?

NO, don't use it, Yes it will cause problems. I will post service bulletin on this shortly.
