So I saw a video on how to time a motor out of the water. Says to time it at cranking speed at 28 degrees and once in the water will be at 30 degrees. I did that and the timing marks are really off but is lining up with the solo line on the flywheel. Is this correct? Or should I make some major adjustments to bring it closer to the 3 marks on the flywheel? Video also included...

IDK, our factory service manual explains that perfectly though.
I have never timed our 125hp,but if it says to time in the water ,I would.
