It's that time of year that I look forward to more than any other, our yearly fishing trip. The same 6 of us have spent a week fishing at various remote fishing lodges for the last dozen years. I head out in the morning for Lake Ogascanan in Northern Quebec. We were there last year and the camp was great, the lake was great and the fishing was fantastic. Plenty of walleye, large pike and nice lake trout. 14 miles of lake and only one outfitter on it with a half dozen outpost camps. A little bit of heaven.
