1995 tlrt 150 the engine will trim up but down just clicks. Replaced relay for down still just clicks. Flipped the two relays and it will trim down but you have to push the up button to go down and with them flipped the down button should make it go up but it just clicks. The trim motor works right when you cross over relays could it be the switchs or something else
