Tilt & Trim ??

I have a 85h.p. 85 model force .And was wondering if a 90 model 90h.p. force complete tilt& trim would work on my 85 model?? Also if anyone knows what year model and horse power range would fit from force or chrysler would help in finding a power tilt &trim thanks for all the info.

Your 85hp Force uses the old style Chrysler T+T. You can also use the 90hp style, the Pump/Motor is just a little bit different, but it should just bolt on.<br /><br />TMD

cupper,<br />All trim and tilt units from 1970-1994 3 4 and 5 cylinder will work. the only real difference between the new and the old systems is in 1987 they went to a two wire trim and tilt motor that has to be powered by relays the older versions were 3 wire motors that did not use relays. thanks, bret<br /><br />If you need further assistance please email me @ forcepower01@yahoo.com. thanks,Bret
