Tilt / Trim WTF!!! need a used one!!

Ok well i was planning to drop my boat in the water yesterday the tilt/trim has been acting up (very slugish) so i decided to check it out before i go out on the water tomorrow i took the moter off with the resavour and it was not a pretty sight, the maganets are cracked and its really nasty looking well it started just falling apart so im looking for a used one cause a new one is just way to expensive... anyone know where i can get a used one??? i know i can use the manual tilt, will that be ok to take on the water?

Is this for your 125 hp?

New aftermarket motors are about $225, if you shop around.

Used ones are pricey, and usually include the entire system. They are .....
old.

ebay is the only option I am aware of.

Yes you can use it without, but it will effect performance and be a pain.

Yes for my 125, thanks roscoe and anyone else that may be able to help with a lead to a cheaper one cheapest ive found in florida is $320 for a new aftermarket guessing cause freight coming into florida is so high right now the motor is only worth about 400 or 500 with no tilt motor right? its not in the best condition but it runs decent...

Yeah its trashed the motor is shot big time.l
