Re: Tilt trim works no gauge
Either sending unit, gauge or loose connection. The sending unit is a varible resistor so you can check it with a vom. Connect ohm meter to the two leads from the sending unit and see if resistance changes smoothly when moving lever. The gauge is nothing more then a volt meter so you can check it with your volt meter. If they both check out o-k, start looking for a bad connection.<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty
