I recently bought a 1992 Yamaha 115 outboard that came on a boat that has been sitting for over a year. After rewiring, etc. motor runs awesome. Now, trim & tilt issues. Motor sounds like its working when I use up and down but nothing happens. Rods fully extend, and I refilled fluid to top off. used up and down again..nothing. Now when I take off the fill hole bolt, the fluid comes out a milky, rusty color. Is it just shot??? Thanks a bunch...rookie girl boat owner
