Tilt/trim release valve screw won't turn

I can't turn the tilt/trim release valve screw on my 2003 50hp Honda outboard. The screw was turned to release the engine when the tilt/trim motor wouldn't work. I've fixed the motor, and now I can't turn the screw back. I think the screw has been underwater too much.<br /><br />Anybody know how to free this frozen screw?
