Tilt trim relay

How do I remove the tilt trim relays on a 2002 Johnson J70PLSN four stroke? Do they just wiggle out of the rubber boot or is there more to it than that?

Also when I looked up your motor, Johnson parts didn't show a 70hp during 2002 but did show one for 2001. In 2002 they show a 75hp
