My tilt/ trim on 2008 mercury optimax 150 has died. Replaced relays. Switch, pump, motor, trim limit switch all ck. Good. 12V not getting to relays. I’m. Color blind which doesn’t help. I need to know where 12V feeds from.

On mine it was the relay, but in the debug process I determined that I could just apply 12 directly to the pump and then worked backwards from there. If you are not comfortable doing that kind of debug you should get help. Relying on wire colors might just get you into trouble.. I traced all mine out. ....

Just so you know, relays provide ground to PTT motor when not energized. They provide +12VDC to relay when energized.

Since you tested the balance of the components, then I would recommend you trace wire from starter solenoid (usual supply of high current needed by PTT) to relays. There should be voltage at relay at all times. Next trace ground to relays.
