Tilt-Trim hoses

I have asked the rest now I will ask the best!!!Power T+T hoses. Do they have metal inside under fabric wrap+rubber . Hydraulic hoses Short of cutting one apart maybe somebody else has. v6 Merc

CHUMBUCKET, I WORKED IN HYDAULIC SHOP AT THE PHILA.NAVAL SHIPYARD,MOST HOSE MATERIAL HAS WIRE MESH IN THE RUBBER.WE USE A SPECIAL RADIAL CUTTER TO CUT THE RUBBER. BILL

Bill on these hoses the outside is the rubber coating which is peeling off due to age,salt ect. under rubber is like braided cloth,I thought maybe metal tubeing under the fabric for high pressure Thanks Gary
