Tilt Problem

I have a 94 Force 120hp. The motor tilts all the way up just fine but when i try and tilt it down it just makes a click sound. Very similar to the sound your car makes when your try and start it and the batery is dead. Any suggestions?

Yep, replace the $11 relay that is plugged into the "down" (green wire) wiring harness.
