Tilt or push rod mechanism stuck in down position on AQ100 outdrive

We all do dumb things but one should remember to raise the outdrive before loading a 24 ft. 1985 Bayliner onto its trailer.....especially when on a concrete ramp. I'm sure the keel supported the weight of the boat when it was reversed in an attempt to return the boat into the water........anyway, the tilt drive is a worm gear/ACME screw design and is stuck in the down position. Can anyone suggest a quick fix?
