98 Johnson 200. Out of the blue the tilt goes to the full down position, even with the key off. I Guess it could be a switch or solenoid shorting closed but weird thing is I would expect the tilt motor to keep running, and it would stay stuck. Out of nowhere it goes down all the way and then stops. Can then raise it back up from either button, and lower with either button too.
