tilt cylinders 125hp

I am trying to rebuild my tilt cylinder but I cannot seem to get the top off does anyone know how to do this? Is there a special tool or will i have to have a speciality shop do this?

If you do not have the special too, you can use channel lock pliars and a bit of care to remove the cap.<br /><br />TMD
