Tilt bracket stop rod...

I have a 9.8 mercury tiller steer motor and I was wondering, where is a good place to get a new tilt bracket stop rod, it is the rod that goes through the transom bracket with the little flipper on it to stop it from falling out, I have been using various rods over the last couple of years, but sometimes when the motor bounces up, the rod vibrates free and heads to the bottom, so I would like to get the actually correct one with the spring and the little flipper on the other end.

Having your engine serial number or year and knowing if you have an International engine model may help narrow something down. Here are the two 9.8 options that I can find thus far.

Put a nut on one end.-----Drill a hole and use a hitch pin on the other end.
