I have a 200 hp merc. outboard motor that will not trim all the way down. the center large piston will go up and down, but when it gets down to the two small pistons it stops and will not push the 2 small pistons down. they are all driven with one motor and are hydraulic. I do not know how they are supose to work. how do the small pistons know when to start to dropping the motor.
