2006 LF250TXR Yamaha here's what's going on, when I push the switch the motor runs but nothing happens, if I use the manual release valve and move the motor then tighten the valve then it will work(full up and full down) until I put it full down and leave it sit then back to the same problem. The sealoc manual is pretty vague so I thought I'd ask before I take it off and just rebuild it

Probably low on fluid. You need to manually jack it up and down to ensure no air in the cylinder. I am having issues with my hydraulic trim tilt but if it is doing nothing at all definitely check the fluid

Found the problems, 1st had to reseal the rams, wasn't hard to do and the kit was $70.00 not bad. 2nd there is a short Stainless steel line(solid not flexible line. another mystery in engineering) that from flexing while being used had a crack in it, cost me $30.00 to have the line made locally but you can also bye one for a little more + shipping on the www. After that I bleed the system and problem solved
