Tilt and trim issues 2003 Yamaha 2003 T8

Looking for a recommendation to have my 2003 Yamaha T8 non tiller tilt and trim replaced. My current trim motor is very sluggish and sometime will not work. I know this is an inherited problem with the T8. I want to find a good certified Yamaha tech in the Minneapolis/ St Paul area. Any recommendations? I know it’s expensive — looking for recommendations.
