Hello guys im at again i picked up a 2001 Nissan 15hp 4 stroke today it has been sitting awhile i noticed the tiller handle want lay down the knob that turns for throtle all is free just the handle want lay down into the steer postion so im guessing corrision question is the 2 studs with nuts on them inside the handle is that what i need to remove to try and remove the handle for clean up also prolly gonna need to replace water pump help me please
