I have a problem my throttle wont allow me to throttle up once I have my motor started. It is like it is jammed and I can't turn twist grip. Is it possible there are a set of gears not meshing properly or could this be a vacuum or electrical problem. If anybody has knowledge on this topic a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a mechanical problem. I'm not familiar with that motor but I would guess a cable goes to the throttle linkage on the carb. Disconnect that and see if the throttle linkage can be moved by hand. If so check to see if the cable moves when you twist the grip. Still can't twist then it's something jammed in the grip or cable.

I have disconnected throttle from carbs and have found that problem is from the twist grip. Does anybody know the disassembly procedure or if there is a bearing or a set of gears that maybe are not meshing properly. A breakdown or print would be greatly appreciated.
