Throttle linkage to carb, 2001 4.3GL

Need a photo or help. Throttle cable linkage to carb on a 4.3GL. I purchased the boat disassembled and putting it back together. Almost there.

BUT I'm at a loss to determine how to fasten the cable to the vertical mounting plate (that attaches to the intake manifold. I understand how to connect to the carb... but there's nothing to attach to the plate. I do have one component, but that is no help to me. It is in the photo's below. Google has let me down on this effort.

Think I should be more concise...
So what I need to know is what parts I am missing to attach the thottle cable sleeve to the mounting plate. It appears I have one component that slides into a slot on the cable sleeve.

There is a fitting that the round, slotted part pictured slides into that is anchored to the stamped mount plate adjacent to the cable

If you post your engine complete model and serial number someone can aid in identifying the correct parts you need

Otherwise volvo epc is accessible to the public, use model/serial number to look up yourself
