i am running an B100 4 stroke on the back of a 14 foot springbok that is only used for fishing Walleye. My problem however is if i get into some wind or a current the motor with stall or of course not move. my throttle is to low there is no way to bring it up without actually adjusting the throttle screw, this being cause there is no friction on the handle so if i proceed to give it some gas it will either be too much or not enough and even more of a pain is the fact that it will not stay there because of no friction on it, it just simply comes back down. i need to know what i can do to fix this as i have no idea. a reply will be greatly appreciated as i want to fix this before spring comes and i put the boat back in the water.<br />Thank Jeff
