I have a problem with the throttle arm on the engine itself(1998 Mercury 115 HK, 2 stroke).
When torquing the main bolt the arm gets jammed, and when loosening the bolt it will unscrew itself. I rather not have the bolt and throttle arm falling of when engine is in gear...
There is a washer between arm and engine, but nothing between bolt head and arm.
Either I have the wrong bolt or I'm missing a special washer (or casing)
