throttle and shift cables for SeaFox 230 wac

I have a SeaFox 2001 23 foot long Walk around console, twin mercury 90hp engines. The shift and throttle cables look very old and rusted on one engine.
I would like to order these cables, so a friend of mine will help me to replace them.
Would someone help me to find out how long ? and what kind of cables, or where I can find this information.
