hey guys making way on my motor but having some difficulties adjusting the throttle cable...if the motor is in gear and i try to push the throttle lever forward it stops half way(in the nuetral zone.) Ive tried to adjust the cable in many different ways but it seems as though the throttle is at max open, but the lever only goes half way...any ideas on what im doing wrong? thanks guys!
