I am new to going to the Three Rooker area, and was wondering if anyone can give me some navigation advice. Because I am worried about hitting bottom (my boat draws around three feet), once I leave the channel I just idle over to the island, which obviously makes for a long trip. Is there a specific course I can take from the channel that will allow me to stay on plane until I get closer? I am coming in from the south.
