Thoughts on Stratos Fish/Ski 20 FT???

Looking at a 1990 Stratos 201 Ski boat (20 Ft with Johnson 200 HP O/B). Looks to be in good shape. Haven't heard it run or tested it on the water yet. Price is ~ $4000. General thoughts on Stratos and this type of boat based on the above description? Want to do general boating, skiing and a little fishing. Not trying to change the world just find a clean, reliable boat. Thanks!

I have a 95 stratos ski 201 and I love it looks great and runs great the only problem I have is that the connection to the tilt trim keeps comming off the realy a minor issue but a pain the motor is strong and cranks every time.I have heard that the heads will crack easy on the 200 had not seen that yet on mine. Hope I will never see that happen. I was told that it would sell for 8000.00 i paid 4,000.00.lots of luck.
