I'm on my way home from Ponchatoula, LA.

Howdy New Orleans!....Baton Rouge,

I figured I'd get out of the cold for a few days...... forget that idea!

It was cold everywhere I went regardless of the temperatures!

I,m camping out here in (just south of) Birmingham, AL. and it is not too bad, but windy!, can't freaking win!
Home sweet home I guess,..at least I KNOW its going to be cold there!

Back working again, so I'm in and out.

Glad I can unload here on Iboats (wheather you like it or not )

Yep,
Napping here in the Buckeye tonight, its 22* here too.
Home will be colder I'm sure, makes summer a wonderful thought!!

As soon as the weather breaks a bit, I'm putting the leg back on the boat and getting her ready for a dunk. As soon as the water gets soft and wet that is.

it is 22* here this morning.

I would be happy to change temps with you. Many up here woke up to -8* with the chill in the -20's. In 94 we had 56 consecutive days that were under "0". It may reach the 30's today,,,,,,,,,,but I'm not counting on it.

Man here in Jersey it's cold, want to know how cold, i spit and it hit the tree with a crackle, wind forgetaboutit.

Walked in the backyard, to check on the 3 boats and the trailer.

Froze my whatyacallit off almost.

No kidding.

Bored how about some cold jokes. Those are allowed me thinks.

Its so cold, my chimney has the flue, my windows have pain, and I had to pry my dog off the fire hydrant this morning. Even my cold hearted boss seemed warmer today

I'm home again anyhow and surprise surprise, its "only" 30*f!
Could'nt believe it.

It makes the mind trip on to "boats" what else?

If it is like this tomorrow (today rather) I'm off buying gaskets and stuff to bolt the leg back on the last boat I bought a while ago.

Read what you said too TD, That's depressing. Florida and Sunshine are supposed to be synonamous!

Took the (then wife) down there in the mid eighties in the truck to let her put her finger in the water at Ft. Meyers, but it was so cold right then that she wanted to go straight home! It blew and rained all night and the temps were attrocious!
