A guy hear had his water tank filled with gas. The water and gas look the same but are 3 feet from one another and say "WATER" on it, yet filled with gas. Once found the marina did make it good except the hot water tank. They wanted to install a tank which didn't use the engine to heat the water, the owner of the boat agreed. He is way to nice a guy, but its his boat

That happened to someone I know, the young kid filed his bilge through the rod holder. The good part was they noticed it before anything bad could happen, the station covered the very expensive repairs.

The place where I go to fill up, they hand you the gas nozzle and have you fill it up. I sort of like it better that way.

We saw a boat we used to own at a launch ramp. It had a new floor and interior. Found out that the new owner had the same issue. Boat was filled through the rod holder.
