Click SEARCH and then USGS to find remote areas or your favorite fishing spot.

I actually like it even though it is a little out of date. If you think about it all the pictures are declassified and limited as to exactly what is and is not in the pictures. I found a naval base area missing from the pictures when I first played around with it.

I've used it before to check out ways to get to some of the back lakes near my house. Some areas are more up to date than others. Our area is scheduled to be photographed agains this next year. The last time was 8 or 9 years ago. There is a small lake I would like to get into, but all the ladn aroudnt eh lake is owned by someone. The person that built my house 100 years ago had a cabin on the lake and the road that runs close to it is named after him. I know it has to be teaming with huge bluegills and maybe bass.
