Although I very much dislike you mentioning right wingers as reich wingers,in fact as much as comparing democrats to communists,there is an interesting little tidbit.<br />You probably have heard of Leo Strauss the ideological guru of the neo cons.23 years after his death in 1973,his legacy is felt every day in most political decisions being made.<br />Google "leo Strauss fascism" and see what you get.It is too long to write down.In the first 2 articles mentioned you will see the connection you tried to make.

rolmops, Very interesting article. Although having heard of Strauss and some of his passions, I had no idea the depth of his work and the legacy and followers he left behind. I find the context and premise of the article to be frightening as to the power positions and players in our government. Thanks for the read.<br /><br />I only used Reich wing in my post to stir the argument that we have a level playing field here. You told me earlier it offended you and since I have not used accept as reference for mod to consider communist=demos remarks which I agree are just as poor.<br /><br />I think I will spend some time now reaching this information on Strauss as it is both intriguing and concerning. I believe it was the old Greek leaders who said those who run the government do not run for office rather get elected those with intellect that can be manipulated.<br /><br />As for Laddies, name calling does not really bother me so no problem and you can keep the post.
