That is a hoot. Many years ago, a co-worker of my father's was involved in a bitter divorce. One Saturday, he lite up the chainsaw, carried it in the back door, and began halving all the furniture. Not sure how that ended.

I dunno Haut. She got the better end of the stick. She has half a house and the property. Who could argue with that. Unless, of course, the house was mortgaged.

Reminds me of the story of a guy who, facing an imminemt divorce obtained a demolition permit and bulldozed his house. The police told the to-be ex-wife that he could do anything to the house he wanted as long as he had the proper permit and still legally owned the house. Gotta love redneck ingenuity
