Really cool how about props? edsmarinesuperstore had some good prices on merc 90hp $5500,yami $5100 90hp. I may even go 4stroke if the weight and price is right then sell my nissan 5hp lol.

You really need to go with something other than a Tohatsu as they are outside your budget.
