think bottom carb is leaking.... PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Good morning guys
i have a 91 40ph evinrude, started it up today and every time i advance the throttle the bottom carb starts to dump fuel out. Any ideas ....the boat has been sitting for a while, about 3 yrs. Have the engine running just not running good. Think it could be a stuck float.
How hard is it to take the carbs off the engine, any thing i should know before i try this.please help!!!
Does anyone know where i could get a picture of the carbs on the engine, besides buying a manual?

If it's pouring fuel out of the carb throat then you'll definetely have to do take apart , maybe even rebuild as they have been sitting around for 3 years.

also use the sticky at the top of the forum for awaking a sleeping giant and it'll tell you what to also look at.
