I have an older approx 1987, BF 8 with breaker points ignition. I have been searching for the thermostat. All the references show the thermostat on the port side on top, but there is nothing there. I did see a comment about it possibly being accessed by removing the intake manifold, its about the only place I haven't looked. Anyone have experiece with this version?
