I tell ya OBJ, them British dudes just blew me away... I could not beleive that thing flew.. Especially that well.. I almost cried, it was so beautiful... :)

Gotta give it to the French too.. Awesome work by those guys... That little plane is a work of art.. Flew pretty good too...

Was glad to see the American team made it off the ground... I was worried bout them not making the show...

All in all, I say it was the best episode of Junk yet... :D

I agree. Shows what ya can do once your mind is set and got the stuff to do it with. I really got a kick out of the Brits. I really thought they'd be the least likely to fly. Fact, I'm head to the garage right now and build one! Only take a couple days. LOL! :D :D :D

Pretty interesting show. Took a lot of guts to do what the man did, and still, no one cared, even after the outcome.

Shows the strength of the media, even back then.

Also the strength of the Constitution with the freedom of speech.

Re: The Pentagon Papers

I didn't see the Pentagon papers, but I saw Junkyard wars. Man that french plane was a work of art. The fix they put ont he propeller was great. I used the same fix on a few things. It is just like what I learned in my fly tying class is 7th grade.

I didn't think the Brits plane owuld get off the ground, but wow, it looked like it flew like a dream.

I was surpirsed the American plane didn't crash. The way the wings were flapping just trying to get in the air.

20 hours of construction time from junk to airplane. Wow, that's some work.
