The "New Topics" banner, and page counter, could it possibly be moved?

I have just one favor, and main gripe with the new format, If the banner, and page counter could be moved to the bottom of the page, it would make life easier. Instead of reading down the page, then "typewritering up" to the top of the page to go from page, to page. Something like the old design, where when you were done with reading that page to the bottom, you could just click on the next page, or pages, right there. Or, maybe just move the page counter itself? Thanks, Mike D.

There is a link to "New Topics" below the quick reply, and above the "iboats Boating Forum Directory". I am working on getting a "Next" & "Previous" topic links added.

I don't think you understand, what I'm asking is when you click on "new topics" the page opens, and at the top border, or banner that says "ascending/descending" and what page you're on, the "page number".This is the item I'm talking about, can it be moved to the bottom of the page, so that once your done reading all the new posts titles, and at the bottom of the page, could you make it so that you don't have to scroll up and click, and go on to the next page. Could the page number device be moved to the bottom of the page?
