Old news to me Link.;)

If I knew how to post a little face with its Tongue sticking out I would :)

They said about 100K but if enough are ordered it could drop to about 60K

as Spinner just said.

Nah, that's Euros, the price listed is Pounds, British Pounds, so you're looking at $87,793.20 at today's exchange rate

Oh I know it's confusing, and for an old parp like me it's even more confusing because we went all decimal back back in 1971 :(

Euro looks like an E , it's just my keyboard is too old to have the symbol! :D

It just looks like a cheap for us Brits because the exchange rate is so good at the moment (from our POV), nearly $2 to the ?

Maybe I should take a vacation in the US?

They use 'P' for cents, as in pence. Does that make sense? :D

You think that's bad!!! In the pre-decimal days we had pounds (?), shillings (s) and pence (d) which was often written down as LSD

Then we joined Europe

So you don't use LSD anymore? Judging by some of your posts, me thinks otherwise :p:eek::D

Hmmm...I watched their test ride video. You can see that it is suspended from a cable by a crane...don't hold your breath...

To do the video flying above 10 feet they had to have a roll cage and cable.
Otherwise a pilot?s license is required.

Production models will only fly 9 feet off the ground.

And yes Spinner I saw that! Back at ya :)
Now where to put the rod holders and trolling motor???

The big question is, how much to rent that big crane and operator to run it? Anybody besides me notice in the video, the shadow of the cable and crane? On another spot in the video you can actually see the cable attached to the bucket/saucer. Could be there for safety purposes, but before I shell out 100,000 what ever, the president of the company is going to have take a flight without a cable attached. That?s just me though.
