Re: The Boat Launcher

Super expensive Rube Goldberg solution to the problem of getting your boat from the boat house to the lake. We usually use rails and a small winch.

This thing doesn't go down the road to any other beach.

Re: The Boat Launcher

That's kinda cool but nowhere near as much fun as the video watching those guys get their SUV stuck while launching off the beach in the surf.

With that thing you could take your boat out for a walk!

I'd like to see it with about a 3 ft chop.

Re: The Boat Launcher

nothing beats the time when we were all at the public boat launch last year, when this a** hole parks his boat up last at the beach, and insisted he was the next person in line to pull his boat out. we were all just casually hanging out still in no rush so we let him go next. he was pretty rude to everyone. well he forgot to hitch his bow hook to the bow. and he speedly pulled the boat out of the water up the ramp...to bad the boat rolled down the rollers of the trailer onto the ramp breaking off the outboard off the transom and pulling a huge gouge in the hull.

needless to say none of us were to inclined to help.

Next time tell him to buy one of these, he could load off the beach and not tie up the ramp. Then he could spend 3 hours driving it home.
