There was a lot of wood used in boats during that time so check the deck for soft spots, check the transom, look in everywhere you can to see if there is anything rotting. It could be a very good boat if it has been well cared for. Pics a too small to get good look at it but does look nice from what I can see.

For sure check the transom out... Do you get to take it on a test run???.. Way overdue to have the impeller changed out in my book..
