I cheered when I saw the X was back. The new support team is using a flyswatter and their aim is improving.
We Mods aren't fixing anything, but we report faults.
One thing causing issues is strange, erratic popups. Like a popup saying you requested to download a PDF or your browser needs updated. Before you close the popup, try to do a screen capture and send it to us. And if you can, what you did before the popup. Don't do anything with the popup except close it, don't click any buttons inside the popup.
