i'm new to small boats.i was a comercial shrimper for 15 yrs.you seem to know your stuff.i have not put the boat in the water yet,only yard ran it,sometimes when i start to crank it,it seems to lockup and the steering wheel moves back and forth and if you hit the key a couple of times it cranks right up.
