You really did not have to do it,but not only did you try to improve this service ,you even continued trying after a bunch of whiners complained about this free fun place.

I've actually been rather impressed by the changeover. It's never a slam-dunk! The best you can hope for is a week for working out the bugs and they did it in a few days. Way To Go!!!
