Hurricane Irene is coming She is just the reason I needed to go out and buy a new chainsaw.

The Stihl Farm Boss MS 290 is now sitting in my mud room. It has been on my list for sometime and today I decided it was a good time.

I have had the same saw for over a year now, i use it to cut stumps off so i can grind them out. I love it, it's done a great job and outperforms the 350 rancher i was using.

Congrats on a smart choice....had my Farm Boss since the 80's. Other than replacing the ignition module it has been flawless.

Dang! The only thing she gave me was a palm frond from the neighbors tree. I thought I should have a talk with her......but.....I quickly changed my mind.

LOL, I bought my first saw when my bradford pear tree split after a few days of ran and landed on my new 2003 Maxima. The maxima only had a small scratch near the sunroof, couldn't see it unless looking for it, but the entire tree in my front yard had to come out.
